We discovered that after recent website updates the visual editor on press release website was not functioning correctly. The visual editor was not loading on the submission form and either on the edit form in the my account pages.
We have investigated the problem and discovered that due a security update members needed an additional internal authorization in order to load the visual editor.
The issue has our attention and we are on it. However members are able to copy/paste text in the form. By selecting the content it becomes visible as the text colour is white due to not loading the visual editor.
This issue has been resolved.
